1. Electric Bill related complain.
2. Service line related complain.
Solution :-
a) There is a Help line service desk in the ground floor, room no-101 in our office to solve electric bill related complain. After having complain we solve the problem from the concern section.
b) Our two complain center, bashpara and mohipal are open day night 24 hours to solve the service line related complain. Complain solve from there after having complain.
