Departmental Low

1. Short title and applications (a) This Law shall means Bangladesh Power development Law 2017 (b) this shall implement Soon.

 

2. Definition : In these rules Unless there is anything Repugnant in the Subject or Context.

a) Board means Bangladesh Power development Board.

b) Chairman Means Chairman of the Board.

c) Member means member of the board.

d) Government means Government of the Peoples re-Public of Bangladesh

e) Land means Land Defined by the state Acquisition and tenancy Act 1950 (EB Act no XXVII of 1950)

f) Controlled Station Means Generating Station or Sub-station or certain places assigned by the board tine to tine.

g) Power Means, Water, Heat, Atomic, Electricity and renewable energy including all Kinds of energy or any Other energy circulated by the government Gazette.
